Checks or money orders should be made payable to Sunshine Management Corporation.

Processing requests will not begin until funds are received.  To make your payment and apply online, please click HERE to be redirected to the online portal.  Be sure to select “Sunshine Management Corporation” from the drop down menu for residential applications or one of the two commercial application choices for commercial applications.

If you prefer to print and return your application to our office or via email, paper copies are available by clicking the links below.  Please note that incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Residential Application: Please include $50 for processing when returning this application.

Commercial Application: Please include $50 for processing individual applications, and $80 for business applications.

Pet & Assistance/Support Animal Screening:

A welcoming and safe environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we require EVERYONE to complete a third-party screening and review process. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. There is an application fee charged per pet and there is no charge to register a legitimate service or support animal, or to certify that you do not have a pet or support animal.  Not all properties we manage accept pets, but all properties do accept legitimate service and support animals.  Once you have confirmed that specific property you want to rent accepts pets, please click the link below to get started.  The link will take you to a third party website outside of the Sunshine Management Domain.

When selling a residential or commercial property that is subject to an HOA, Condominium or other Unit Owners’ Association, the seller is required to provide a resale packet to the buyer. This documentation helps a buyer evaluate their potential purchase of the property.  There may also be requests for information from the lender and/or settlement company regarding the status of the account and the property.

As the property manager for your association, we will provide this documentation on behalf of the Board of Directors.  Due to the amount and nature of the information required, we require prepayment and 10 business days to complete Standard Processing of the packet or questionnaire.  We can provide Express Processing in 5 business days for an additional fee and will make all efforts to meet any deadline that you may have but we cannot guarantee that your packet will be ready if it is not requested in advance of the time needed to process the request.

*Online Payment Option (through Rent Manager portal):  Click on the gold dollar $ sign on the Applications and Resale Packets page.  You will be taken to another window where you will need you to create a new account. Choose the property address from the “Property Selection” drop-down menu and then follow the prompts and instructions. If the property name is not listed, you may choose “Sunshine Management Corporation” to start your order.
