Sunshine Management is looking for a highly motivated Residential Property Manager to add to our family owned Property Management, Construction and Brokerage firm that has been incorporated for over 31 year, this person will perform accounts receivable tasks of varying degrees of difficulty for a residential portfolio.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training, a Maryland Real Estate License, great communication skills, clean driving record, good work ethic, positive attitude, strong attention to detail and must take pride in their work.
