Qualifications.

To better help you we let you know up front what you will need. In order to qualify for this apartment, you must make at least $4650.00. This can be a combined income if more than one person. Section 8 vouchers welcome. Our Non-refundable application fee is $50/per adult (anyone over 18, whether working or not). Background checks are performed. To submit your application to the credit agency we will need One (1) month worth of paystubs and copy of your ID. Please make sure you bring your Social Security Card to verify Social Security number placed on application.  Please make sure that you fill out the application completely as we will not be able to consider applications that we cannot verify information.
