Resale Packets:
When selling their home or office, members of commercial and residential condominium or homeowners' associations are required to provide a resale packet to the buyer. When the closing date is set, a resale packet is requested by the buyer's representative, and consists of documentation regarding the property and the condominium or homeowner's association.
As property manager for an association, Sunshine Management will supply this documentation on behalf of the seller for a fee of $100.00. Due to the amount and nature of the information needed, by law the buyer (or buyer's representative) must give the seller notice 20 days prior to closing to furnish the resale packet. If Sunshine Management is notified less than 20 days prior to closing and Express processing is required, the fee for the packet will be $200.00. If you have all of the required documents and require only the resale certificate, Sunshine Management can provide that to you for a cost of $35.00, or $70.00 for Express processing.
