Our community in the past has not been happy about the management and the way they were treated, much less what was being accomplished. Our community embraces Marion and appreciates the way she handles the various situations. My involvement on the board and with the management has shown me that it is a very difficult job. But if you treat people properly you get their buy-in and their support. As difficult as I anticipated the transition, it went off quite smoothly and I contribute that to the strong property manager on site with her support team. Not everything is perfect, but we keep at it. I personally can tell you how tough I can be and how demanding. Just ask Marion, but she is a trooper and is always cooperative. The greatest attribute that Marion has is that she cares, which she conveys to our people. Our two years has been very positive and we appreciate working with Marion.
